Marburger is Managing Director of Jeteffect's East Coast

George has been directly involved in all aspects of the corporate aviation industry.
After completing thousands of hours of flight time and earning an Airline Transport Pilot
license and multiple jet type ratings, George found his fortè in sales and acquisitions.
He has been involved in hundreds of transactions and has successfully negotiated even the
most difficult of deals. With his vast knowledge and extensive experience, George can

Walt Wakefield, Executive Vice President, is based at Jeteffect's Dallas, Texas office and has 25 years experience in executive aircraft brokerage.
Walt began his career as credit analyst with Mercantile National Bank in Dallas and became a Banking Officer in the bank's Aircraft Finance division at the age of 24. In 1985 he moved into aircraft sales and was a top sales producer with a leading international aircraft dealer and leasing company for fourteen years. From 1998 - 2004 he established and managed highly successful executive aircraft brokerage divisions for Jet East in Dallas, Texas and Jet Aviation, a Swiss aviation service company. In 2004 he joined Jeteffect and has contributed to the company's success as one of the industry's leading brokerage firms. He is a commercial, instrument and multi engine rated pilot and received his pilot's license at age 18. During his career he has represented clients in over 220 corporate aircraft transactions, including Boeings, Challengers, Gulfstreams, Hawkers, Falcons, Citations and Learjets. He has served as President, and Treasurer of the National Aircraft Resale Association (NARA), and has extensive experience with tax issues, contracts, and in-depth technical knowledge. Walt graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Business Administration and minor in Economics.
